二、花菇、姬松茸、鸡纵菌都是干品,需提前用清水泡透。

四、待乌鸡等材料煮30分钟后加入杂菇,大火煮沸。

五、玛卡杂菇乌鸡汤大火转小火再煲1.5小时左右,下盐调味。

六、放够了盐的乌鸡汤再继续煲3分钟左右,即可关火。

做法如下:1、香菇洗净,去根,焯水后切片。
2、罗汉参去皮,切片。
3、砂锅内添加鸡汤和罗汉参片,大火煮开后,小火慢炖6分钟至罗汉参熟透。
4、添加高压海参和焯水的香菇,继续用小火煨炖5分钟左右,添加少量盐调味,即可出锅。
