Liver size and shape normal, essence echo evenly. Portal has not seen the obvious abnormity echo. Bilateral renal size normal left kidney middle-upper copies, see top echo spot, about the size of 1.2 cm x 1.0 cm, not agent and significant blood flow signals, right renal parenchyma echo uniform, bilateral renal pelvis renal lamp without expansion.
Ultrasound examination results:
1. Chronic cholecystitis with gallbladder polypoid lesion
2. Left kidney hyperechoic spot (hamartomas)?
3. Upper abdomen hypoechoic nodule (lymph node)?
