Liver size and shape normal, essence echo evenly. Portal has not seen the obvious abnormity echo. Gallbladder size normal, wall thickness and coarse, sac seen several high echo wall nodules, about 0.4 cm x interceded 0.3 cm, after silent shadow. Bravery manager has not seen the expansion. Upper abdomen in pancreatic head body of the junction above see one low echo nodules, about the size of 1.9 cm x 0.6 cm, bounded clearly, not agent and significant blood flow signals, spleen enlargement, echo without uniform. Bilateral renal size normal left kidney middle-upper copies, see top echo spot, about the size of 1.2 cm x 1.0 cm, not agent and significant blood flow signals, right renal parenchyma echo uniform, bilateral renal pelvis renal lamp without expansion.
Ultrasound examination results:
1. Chronic cholecystitis with gallbladder polypoid lesion
2. Left kidney hyperechoic spot (hamartomas)?
3. Upper abdomen hypoechoic nodule (lymph node)?
根据结石的大小，成分不同，超声诊断有时会有局限性，问题主要在左输尿管，有轻微的积水，不过应该不是很严重，在这种情况下作做造影的话可能能够确诊，不过以目前的状况来说不建议做。每天多喝水，多排尿，经常蹦蹦跳跳小结石就可以排下来；如果发作时感到腹痛，可以吃一些解痉药和止痛药。不过还是建议多喝水，多排尿这种保守治疗方法。这个包块形态偏大，内部回声不均匀，有低回声，有液性暗区，说明不是单纯性的囊肿，而且边缘不光滑，有血流通过，说明生长比较旺盛，因为是看图说话，不是亲自看，说不了很多，从这张报告的上看那个医生有偏向恶性的意图，年龄55岁，也是肿瘤高发的年龄，至于左肾积液，那个可能和肿块的挤压，推移膀胱等压迫输尿管有关，并不一定有什么问题，我建议做一下肿瘤指标，还有就是那么大的肿块，尽快手术切除，术中冰冻病理切片，那时最明确诊断的。祝愿平安吧！欢迎分享，转载请注明来源：优选云
