1、三七乌骨鸡。
(1)材料:三七10克、乌骨鸡1只、食盐适量、料酒10克、生姜粒5克。
(2)方法:将鸡宰杀,去毛和内脏。三七研成成粉末,撒在鸡身上,放入碗中,加食盐,料酒、姜粒,放入锅内炖熟(或用蒸笼蒸熟即可)上。
2、三七莲子猪肚汤。
(1)材料:三七10克,鲜山药100克,莲子去心20颗,猪肚一个,盐适量。
(2)方法:三七敲成小块,山药切成薄片,水发莲子,猪肚切块,三七等所有材料一起加入锅中,加入水适量,大火煮沸后用小火炖2小时就可以了,加入食盐,两天食用,可以长期吃。
3、三七二宝粥。
(1)材料:三七粉3克,鲜山药100克,生姜两片,粳米50克,油、盐或糖适量。
(2)方法:先将鲜山药切成薄片后和粳米、生姜及适量水同煮30分钟,至成粥,将三七粉放入粥内搅拌均匀,加入油、盐或者糖适量即成,可长期服用。
1、材料用料原材料:乌鸡350克,三七8克,红枣、枸杞子各10克,姜10克,清水1000克。
2、调味料:盐5克,鸡精3克,糖1克,胡椒粉1克。做法1、乌鸡斩块汆水,三七洗净,红枣、枸杞子洗净,姜切片待用。
3、净锅上火,放入清水、乌鸡、姜片、三七、红枣、枸杞子,大火烧开转小火炖50分钟调味即成。功效三七既能止血又能活血散淤,还能消肿止痛,尤其是对关节痛有效。乌鸡为高蛋白、低脂肪的营养食品,含不饱和脂肪酸,是补血养血的滋补圣品。
