材料:银耳半个、黑枸杞50粒、枸杞20粒、桂花蜜30克
制作方法:
1、银耳提前泡发4个小时。
2、将银耳撕成碎片放到砂锅里,加清水没过。
3、盖上锅盖,大火煮沸后转小火炖煮至银耳炖出胶蓉粘稠。
4、关火、放入黑枸杞。
5、放入红枸杞。
6、加入桂花蜜。
7、用小砂锅的余温和电陶炉的余温、让黑枸杞慢慢溶解变色、释放出花青素。
8、直接饮用即可。
