猪颈骨能吃。
在生活当中尽量少吃猪颈骨肉,在猪颈骨肉部位分布着丰富的淋巴结,比如腮腺淋巴结、咽喉淋巴结和下颌淋巴结等。
在正常情况下,淋巴结会呈现出黄白色或者是黄褐色的,适量的吃一些对人体不会有什么危害,如果淋巴结出现充血,水肿,化脓或者是坏死等情况的时候,就会在里面含有一定的细菌和毒素,食用了这样的猪筋骨肉就会对人体造成不良的反应。
猪颈骨的做法
需要注意豆豉酱香猪脆骨就非常好吃,首先把猪脖骨清洗干净,锅中加入适量的水煮开,再把猪脆骨放进去煮上几分钟捞出来清洗干净,锅中加入适量的油烧热,把蒜,生姜,葱放进去翻炒好,猪脆骨放进去翻炒变色,加入酱油,豆豉,洋葱,青椒,红椒继续翻炒几分钟,把豆瓣酱放进去翻炒均匀后就可以出锅吃了。
还可以制作照烧孜然猪脆骨,需要把猪脆骨先清洗干净再切成小块,放到锅中煮一下,然后就可以在炒锅中加入适量的油烧热,把辣椒生姜丝放进去翻炒,再把猪脆骨放进去煮一下,如果喜欢吃软的就可以多煮上一些时间,再添加照烧酱,孜然粉,鸡精,盐,酱油调味,这样就可以吃了。
