6、煮好的茶

1、可用开水冲泡,每次只需4,5根(1—3 钱),和一般泡茶时间差不多。
2、内服:煎汤,3-10g。养血和血宜少用;活血祛瘀宜多用,配伍或单用, 但藏红花药性偏凉.如果本身身体寒性体质非常明显,建议少服用.可以加入一些干姜去其寒性。
3、单用泡酒。白酒500ml,藏红花4g,浸泡一周,常饮。
4、可用适量艾叶+红花泡脚 活血破瘀,消除疲劳。
