特种病医保申请：

1、参保人员（职工参保或者居民参保）发生的医疗费用在大病医疗统筹基金支付报销范围内的，须由企业将职工的相关材料交由社保经办机构办理支付报销手续，或者由居民直接提交社保经办机构。

5、参保人员到区、县医疗保险经办机构变更《手册》信息。

6、参保人员将一份《审批单》交回特殊病种定点医疗机构医保办留存。
