一

The human whose name is written in this note shall die

被记在这本笔记里的人一定会死亡。

This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected

如果你记不住上面所写的人的长相，那就没有效果，而且，也不能用在同名同姓的人的身上。

If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the person's name, it will happen

在名字的后面，如果来得及在40秒钟内写上他的死因，那么此人将会按你所写的方法死去。

If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of a heart attack

如果没有写上死因的话，都将会死于心脏麻痹。

After writing the cause of death, details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds

如果写上死因的话，会给你6分40秒的时间来记录更详细的死因。

在美国FDA的要求中，PN 是指Prior Notice。FDA要求如果您寄送食品或者饮料至美国，务必要进行预先申报以免遭遇扣留，即使您寄送给收货方（例如：买家，展会或朋友等）的食品或饮料的数量很少或仅是样品。此外，通过快递（Fedex，DHL,UPS等）方式寄送食品或饮料同样也需要进行预先申报。涉及生产、加工、包装、存储输美食品的企业也必须要进行食品企业注册，在PN中填写生产商注册号码。

NDC是Nation Drug Code, 药品的列名。所有预期用于疾病的诊断，治疗，症状缓解，处理或疾病的预防中有药理活性或其它直接作用，或者能影响机体的功能和结构的药品，如需在美国上市，必需向FDA进行注册并申报其所有成分。美国联邦食品、药品及化妆品法案要求所有从事生产、准备、传播、合成、加工输美药品的企业需要进行企业注册，根据《美国联邦法典》第二十一章 20741款（c）小节的要求，所有的生产商必须要用自己的Labeler Code为其生产的产品申请一个NDC号码。此外，若其生产的该产品是代工为某个品牌持有人生产的，那么还必须要用品牌持有人的Labeler Code也再申请一个NDC号码。若其中一个号码缺失，产品在进入美国市场时FDA将有权拒绝货物入境。
