Upper abdomen in pancreatic head body of the junction above see one low echo nodules, about the size of 1.9 cm x 0.6 cm, bounded clearly, not agent and significant blood flow signals, spleen enlargement, echo without uniform. Bilateral renal size normal left kidney middle-upper copies, see top echo spot, about the size of 1.2 cm x 1.0 cm, not agent and significant blood flow signals, right renal parenchyma echo uniform, bilateral renal pelvis renal lamp without expansion.
