枸杞叶的家常做法枸杞瘦肉汤
材料:枸杞叶300克、瘦肉200克、枸杞子20粒、花生油、盐等调味品适量。
做法:先将枸杞子叶洗干净并把其梗和叶子分开,将所有的材料都洗干净,然后先将枸杞子叶、枸杞子梗放到锅子,加适量水,用猛火烧开,然后在用文火煮40分钟,将枸杞子梗拿出来,然后把切好的瘦肉放下去,在煮5分钟,再把枸杞子叶也放进去,其后加入油、食用盐等调味品3分钟后就可出锅了。
枸杞子瘦肉汤具有清肝明目,健脾养肝之功效,特别适合夏季当汤品经常食用了。
枸杞叶猪肝汤
材料:枸杞子叶200克、猪肝200克,枸杞子20粒,各种调味品可根据个人的口味进行添加。
做法:先将所有的材料都洗干净,然后把猪肝放到盐水中浸泡30分钟,切成片,加入香油、盐、鸡精、等调味品腌制30分钟,去掉其腥味。然后在滚开的水中放入猪肝,等其变颜色之后立即捞出来待用。另取一锅,加入姜丝、香油、水,等水开了之后加入枸杞和枸杞子叶,加入焯过水的猪肝,搅拌均匀就可了,最后加入鸡精、食用盐再烧开就可以了。
此汤具有抗氧化、抗衰老,预防缺铁性贫血等强大的养生保健功效,同时又有祛风明目、生津止渴等功效,特别是对于体质虚寒的女性建议适当多吃。
爆炒枸杞叶
材料:枸杞子叶400克、平平茸50克、植物油、盐等调味品适量。
做法:先将枸杞子叶和平茸都洗干净,沥干水份,然后在锅中加入花生油,烧到7成热时,加入枸杞子叶、平茸爆炒,依据个人的口味加入各种调味品就可以了。
