打豆浆可以放百合和米,做成百合米豆浆。
百合米豆浆的做法具体如下:
食材准备:熟黄豆100g,米100g,百合100g,水适量。(按自己豆浆机的水位)
1、把干黄豆放煲锅里煮熟。
2、煲黄豆同时,米用水泡发。
3、备好鲜百合。
4、把所有食材放入九阳豆浆机中,水加到水位线上。
5、摁下五谷豆浆,静静等待豆浆机工作结束。
6、听到豆浆机嘀嘀嘀响了,就可以了,有了鲜百合的加入不放糖也甜丝丝的,爱甜点的可以加入白糖。
7、百合米豆浆就完成了。
