2、洛神花、山楂、陈皮用清水冲洗过后,再泡水15分钟左右

3、取一个小锅,加入3碗清水,把泡过的洛神花、山楂、陈皮、话梅放锅内

3、陈皮和山楂:陈皮和山楂泡水具有消食、理气、降脂的功效。
