网卡速度低，主要要检查网线连接是否正确，包括水晶头，驱动程序是否安装正确，网卡的设置是否正确。
网卡速度关系到网络提供商给你的资源速度，比如电信，网通给你的速度；如果给你的速度不大，还是共享上网的话，网速肯定是不快的。
网卡慢有很多的原因，比如有后台程序占用带宽，例如自动升级的杀毒软件或者病毒，访问的主机本身网络状况不好，所处的位置信号不稳定等等原因都会造成网速不稳定。
