方舟手游的服务器续费流程如下：
1进入游戏后，点击屏幕左上角的“选项”按钮，再点击“服务器”按钮，选择需要续费的服务器。
2在服务器页面，点击“续费”按钮，选择购买需要的续费时间和数量。
3选择完后，确认续费信息并点击“支付”按钮。
4选择支付方式进行支付，支付成功后，服务器续费即可生效。
需要注意的是，续费时应该保证游戏账户内有足够的支付余额。
