我的世界服务器op怎么给普通玩家所有权限

给予某个玩家OP(这是真·OP，拥有所有的最高，所有的，包括去掉别人的OP和给别人OP)

更改一个玩家的时间，是指所有玩家，这样他们所看到的时间和你所看到的时间是不一样的。
在时间前加上@，比如@day，就变成锁定这个玩家看到的世界永远是白天，但是实际时间到了晚上，玩家就会看到白天的骷髅怪不会烧着，他就会很纳闷
