你确定是通过post不是通过git 如果是post首先你要是表单，input来传出这个id

<input name="state" type="radio" value="{$pay['oid']}" />{$pay['oid']}</td>

如果是get你需要用路径a标签带上循环出来的id传出去

<a href="***/***/***/id/{$pay['oid']}">{$pay['oid']}</a>

以上是thinkphp 写法 和原生也是没有差别
