程序员该有哪些职业道德

to accept responsibility in making decisions consistent with the safety, health, and welfare of the public, and to disclose promptly factors that might endanger the public or the environment决策时要维护公众的安全、健康、福利，并及时披露任何危及公众的因轿薯素。

to avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest whenever possible, and to disclose them to affected parties when they do exist尽量回避存在或可预见的利益冲突，如有冲突存在应及时向波及对象闭坦者披露。

to be honest and realistic in stating claims or estimates based on available data对现有的数据的声明或估计应诚实、客观

to reject bribery in all its forms拒绝任何形式的贿赂

to improve the understanding of technologyits appropriate application, and potential consequences增进个人对技术及其应用和潜在后果的理解

职和首业道德规范包括基本的道德规则和特殊的职业责任。

1、基本的道德规则包括：为社会和人类的美好生活作出贡献；避免伤害其他人；做到诚实可信；恪守公正并在行为上无歧视；敬重包括版权和专利在内的财产权；对智力财产赋予必要的信用；尊重其他人族棚茄的隐私；保守机密。

高级软件工程师要具备的职业道德：

1、在工作中获得的不属于公共范围的信息应予以保密；

2、 在工作中编写的代码和文档应视为公司的财产；

3、不得有意破坏或窃取公司的文档资源和代码资源；

4、不得在程序中嵌入非法或不安全代码；

5、不使用非法或非合理渠道获得的软件；

6、在任何条件下不兼职从事与公司业务相关的事情；

7、不违背规定私自进入计算机系统；

8、任何情况下不泄漏公司商业秘密，更不得为获取私利而出卖商业秘密；

9、克尽职守，自觉维护所服务的组织的合法利益。
