(二)毕业时间：2018年-2021年毕业，并于2021年7月31日前取得相应学历学位证书。其中，中国移动大理分公司、保山分公司要求应届毕业生。

(三)学历要求：

全日制国民教育系列大学毕业生，省公司要求硕士研究生及以上学历，其他单位要求大学本科及以上学历。

(四)专业要求：

所有职位需具备IT/CT/DT类专业技术背景：

1、要求IT类专业：“优+”计划(网络运维工程师)、集客网络技术支撑、家客网络技术支撑;

2、要求DT类专业：“优+”计划(网络性能大数据分析师);

3、要求IT/DT类专业：“优+”计划(云产品及解决方案工程师)、产品及解决方案管理;

4、要求IT/CT类专业：“优+”计划(动力运维工程师)、无线网优化、传输网运行维护;

5、要求IT/DT/CT类专业：“优+”计划(区块链应用工程师)、“优+”计划(数字化产品运营管理师)、集团客户经理。

(五)英语等级：

“优+”计划职位要求通过大学英语四级。
