Recently our school has held a long running activity during our break. Because this activity can bring us much benefit . First it can build up our body . Second it can get rid of our pressure ,which will certainly make us relaxed .Most importantly, it can fresh our mind ,which is good for our study. However, some students and parents are against this activity. They think it is a waste of time ,which should be spent on our study . What's worse, this can make us tired and do harm to our health. In my opinion, we students are studying so long every day and do little exercise every day. So we should do more exercise to build up our body . only in this way can we have a fresh mind.

注意力集中，不会松松垮垮的。

4.场地限制。

有些学校太小，场地不够。
